    • Capture and index all of your organization's email and attachments in a centralized repository
    • Store email in redundant and secure Google data centers, creating a reliable, offsite backup
    • Search your archive using parameters such as date range, sender, recipient, subject and content,
    • Place search results on litigation hold to preserve messages beyond their retention periods
    • Export search results to PST or MBOX format for further review and analysis

  • Email Branding - Email branding is a  cost effective branding tool that reaches current and potential clients several times a day. Most corporates are forced to rely on their staff making use of email signatures for branding purposes and the headaches that this involves. Our Email branding solution works on the server side, branding all outgoing emails consistently, and in line with your companies marketing guidelines.
  • Anti-Virus - We have a two pronged approach for our Anti-Virus solution.
    • On the server/network side we provide our firewall which protects the network perimeter from outside attack and scan all incoming AVG Anti-virus solution communication into your network to detect any malicious code before it hits your LAN. This includes preventing your staff from visiting web sites that automatically infect your environment, email scanning as well as the scanning of files as the are downloaded.
    • On the client side we provide AVG anti-virus to detect and remove any virus that may enter the network via UBS drives or other portable media. 
  • Mail Server - We support Scalix  and Zimbra mail servers. These are cost-effecitive and reliable replacements for Microsoft exchange. The allow user to continue to use Outlook and other mail clients so there is no need for re-training and at the same time you get a more robust exchange solution for less. 
  • Firewall - Our firewall is Linux based and provides the following:
    • Automatic scanning of incoming and outgoing mails for viruses,Firewall Solutions
    • Automatic scanning of files while they are downloading,

  • IP PBX - Our IP PBX can replace your companies existing PBX or intergrate with an existing PBX to provide VOIP capabilities.   • Backup Server - Our backup server can backup servers and client workstations and all operating systems. It provides for the establishment of a rolling backup with the ability to do point-in-time resotres. In addition it allows for the removal of media for off-site storage. Because the solution backs up to disk the time to restore a lost file is extremely small.

 

  • Internet and remote connectivity - We also provide business ADSL connectivity for your primary Internet link as well as to connect  branches to head office. For sales staff and other off site staff we provide 3G, iBurst or other wireless access. We provide a secure connection via VPN on our firewall solution so remote staff can connect to the internal network while off site We also provide diginet lines and wirless links for site to site connectivity
