Jumping Bean has been providing support to our customers since 2001 when the company was established. We believe in providing our customers with a one-stop shop for all your companies IT related needds from toner-cartridges to ADSL or Diginet lines. There is no need to deal with multiple supplier any more. You need only deal with us and we will manage the rest.
Service Level Agreements
We provide flexible service level agreements tailored to each customer unique needs. 24x7 support is available for those customers that require it and turn-around times are quaranteed. Should you be interested we can provide you with an SLA upon request.
SLA Process
Becaise it is often difficult to get an perfect SLA in place without having worked together for a period of time our SLAs provide for a 3 monthly review to make any adjustments that may be necessary to turn-around times, hours of support and minimum number of hours purchased per month. We firmly believe in working closely with our customers to determine the best possible SLA for both parties.
